writer's block already?

So, for the past week (or so) I've been trying to figure out HOW to start a blog. I've worked out the easy stuff like thinking of an appropriate name, designing the site... yadha yadha. But just how does one start a blog about his or her life right smack-dab in the middle of it? Do I start with the dry facts: where I live, what I do, who I hang out with, what my hair's doing these days? 

Hmmm, I think I'll just try jumping in head first...tomorrow.
